With over 20 years of experience as a professional translator, international experience and proficiency in various languages, I ensure that your texts will not only be accurately translated but also culturally resonant.

Qualifications: Native German speaker with German University Degree (M.A. in German, Italian and Education)
Qualified teacher of German in Secondary schools (Germany, Italy)
International experience: 6 years living and working in Italy, 20 years living and working in Brazil, various longer stays in Spanish speaking countries (Cuba, Argentina)
Work experience: in 2001 and 2002 University Lecturer: Courses on writing skills for teacher students (especially creative writing) at the University of Münster, Germany, fifteen years teaching Italian and German at various ages and levels of proficiency (adult education, secondary school, university)
Full-time freelance translator since 2004

As a language specialist, I focus on translating from Italian, English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese into German. Additionally, I provide the option of proofreading my translations using the 4-eye principle for added quality assurance.

That's why I offer professional proofreading services to review your texts for spelling, punctuation, grammar, style, and content.
